PW's Penne A la Betsy (my version)

I have heard a lot about how good the recipes are from Pioneer Woman, but i had yet to try one, while surfing through blogs yesterday (i know not helping the spring cleaning and i smacked my hand for it.) I found this, and i did a little changing around making if for one, because the hubby won't eat shrimp or pasta hardly at all and i used linguine since i was out of penne pasta.

1 cup shrimp
4 oz linguine
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1 oz tomato sauce
1 oz heavy cream
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
salt & pepper to taste

cook pasta until al dente
in skillet heat butter, minced garlic and shrimp saute until pink
add white wine let evaporate for a few minuets stirring occasionally
add tomato sauce and stir until well combined and heavy cream, stir and let simmer
add herbs salt and pepper
ass pasta stirring everything together and enjoy!

it's quick it's easy it serves one.
